We currently offer classes for ages 7 and up. Our classes are presented in a very easy to follow format. We pride ourselves on creating the perfect family-friendly environment to learn and train in. Each class will focus on skills from traditional Jujitsu (Jiu Jitsu) teachings, Sport Jujitsu (Jiu Jitsu), and Gi and No-Gi Judo.
Our instructors are Nationally Certified by Jujitsu (Jiu Jitsu) America, USA Judo, and the United States Judo Association. Our Head coach Shane Thompson has 30 plus year of experience in the martial arts and is a wealth of knowledge!
